We are delighted to invite you to participate in our International Master Class for Orchestral Conducting with the world-renowned German conductor Sebastian Lang-Lessing (Music Director: Korea National Opera, Music Director Emeritus: San Antonio Symphony) and the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra (LVSO) that will take place from 8 to 14 January 2024 in Vilnius, the beautiful capital of Lithuania.

WHAT DO WE OFFER

- booked podium time with the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra and Maestro Lang-Lessing (active participation),

- passive participation (as an auditor),

- recorded final concert(s).

MAESTRO SEBASTIAN LANG-LESSING

Maestro Lang-Lessing began his career at the Hamburg State Opera after receiving the esteemed Ferenc Fricsay Award when he was just twenty-four years old.

With countless other notable achievements in his repertoire, a highlight being: Chief Conductor of the Orchestre symphonique et lyrique de Nancy and Artistic Director of the Nancy Opera, which, under his direction, was promoted to Opéra National de Lorraine. Lang-Lessing has been Music Director of the San Antonio Symphony Orchestra since 2010.

He concludes his tenure at the end of the 2019-20 season, after which he becomes Music Director Emeritus.

His teaching expertise is apparent on the world stage, where he finds himself at the forefront of educational programming for classical music with a younger audience.
